Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment.
- During busy periods (e.g. launches, holidays), allow up to 7 business days before shipment.

We ship via CJdropshipping (China warehouse), using the most effective service for your region.

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or transport disruptions. We'll keep you updated if shipping goes beyond expected timelines.
Delays & Lost Packages
- If your order hasn't arrived after the maximum expected delivery period (as table above), please contact us so we can investigate with CJ and assist in refund/reship.
- If tracking shows “Delivered”, but you haven’t received it, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office may be required to claim.
