Refund & Return Policy — 86M

At 86M, we stand behind the quality of our products and want your experience to be smooth and satisfying. Since we ship via CJdropshipping (“CJ”) as our fulfillment partner, below is our return policy that ensures clarity and simplicity:
1. Eligible Refunds & Resends
We will issue a refund or resend order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective (photo or video required upon request).
- You receive the wrong item (please include photo and order details).
- The package doesn’t arrive within CJ’s delivery timeframe (see Section 4).
- The order is canceled before CJ’s warehouse processes it.
Note: Custom/POD items cannot be canceled after processing begins.
2. Returns Not Accepted For
- Change of mind, wrong choice, or style.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve from post office.
- Packages showing as “Delivered” on tracking (these may require local postal confirmation).
- Box damage that doesn’t affect the item inside.
- Requests routed after the deadline (see Section 3).
3. How to Request
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and no later than 30 days post-delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)
- For “not received” orders: shipping carrier evidence or non-delivery certificate
We’ll open a case with CJ and get back to you promptly.
4. Delivery Timeframes (CJ Guidelines)
You may be eligible for a refund or resend if the item is still in transit beyond CJ’s standard delivery times:

If tracking states “Delivered,” late delivery claims may not apply.
5. Product Returns (When Needed)
Only CJ’s China warehouse accepts approved returns—and only if pre-authorized by us.
If a return is accepted:
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Most issues are resolved by issuing refunds or reshipments without return required.
6. Order Cancellations
- Allowed before fulfillment begins → full refund.
- Not allowed for:
- Custom or POD items.
- Items already in production or photo/video service orders
7. Special Shipping Conditions
Some routes have limited tracking or are restricted; ineligible for disputes. We’ll communicate these cases before shipping to avoid confusion.
